Terms of Use

Aksal Black is Morocco’s premier multi-brand luxury loyalty programme. It rewards purchases made at participating Aksal partner brands with cashback credited as kenzup points, and grants tier-based privileges including discounts, Rose Boulevard access and personal services.

Membership is free of charge and begins when your enrolment through the Aksal Black app is confirmed.

Membership is open to natural persons aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate and current information at enrolment and keep it up to date. One membership account per person; membership is personal and non-transferable.

The programme comprises the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers, reached according to your annual spend at participating brands. The benefits of each tier are described on the membership tiers page.

Tier status is assessed on a rolling twelve-month basis. Aksal may adjust tier thresholds, benefits or participating brands; material changes will be notified in advance through the app. Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Cashback earned under the programme is credited as points in your kenzup wallet. The issuance, redemption and expiry of kenzup points are additionally governed by the kenzup terms of service. Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and may be corrected in the event of returned goods, cancelled transactions or crediting errors.

Access to the Rose Boulevard lounge is reserved for members upon presentation of a valid membership card in the app. Private parking is available from the Gold tier via QR code; the Rose Boulevard Suite and Tea Time are reserved for Platinum and Diamond members. Access is subject to capacity and to the house rules displayed on site.

Tier-based installment facilities (2× to 4×, without fees) are offered at participating luxury brands, subject to the tier conditions, minimum purchase amounts and eligibility checks applicable at the point of sale. Installment facilities are a programme benefit and may be modified or withdrawn in accordance with section 3.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Aksal Black app for your membership. You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not misuse the app — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

You may leave the programme at any time through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate a membership, and reverse improperly obtained benefits, in the event of fraud, abuse of the programme, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, unredeemed programme benefits lapse; kenzup points remain governed by the kenzup terms.

The Aksal Black name, the Aksal and Rose Boulevard marks, and all content of the app and website (texts, designs, photography, logos) are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of Aksal Group or its licensors. No licence is granted other than as strictly needed to use the programme.

The programme, the app and the website are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Aksal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions attributable to third-party services (including telecommunications and the kenzup platform), or for events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The revision date appears at the top of this page; material changes will be notified through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the programme after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
